Fourth Negotiation Session for the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation

The Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) on the United Nations Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation (UN Tax Convention) will hold the Fourth Negotiation Session from 2-3 and 5-13 February 2026 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
