Details: This event will bring together advocates, activists, and academics to explore and identify sharp intersectional analysis across tax justice and gender equality. Approximately 80 participants will collectively strategize how best to use the opportunity of the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation, as well as the new Tax and Gender Subcommittee under the UN Tax Committee, to advance fairer tax systems and bolster the economic and social rights of women and gender-diverse people, in a context of both conflict and climate catastrophe.
